1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the hbm4 platform via our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions in this document, along with all related policies listed on our platform.
Use of the hbm4 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration;
- Be located in a jurisdiction where the use of such services is legally permitted;
- Not appearing on any list of persons prohibited or restricted by local law from using online gambling services;
- Register an account for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
If you do not meet any of the above requirements, you are strictly prohibited from using the hbm4 platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on hbm4. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior warning.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information provided at registration or during identity verification may result in the immediate termination of your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. The following security measures must be observed:
- Never share your password with anyone;
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform;
- Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device;
- Notify hbm4 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Hbm4 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
3. Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the hbm4 platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Supported deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local Malaysian banks. Minimum and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
Regarding withdrawals:
- Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same user's name;
- Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be approved;
- Hbm4 reserves the right to delay or block any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms;
- Any taxes or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are entirely the user's responsibility.
Hbm4 is not liable for any losses arising from processing delays by third parties such as banks or eWallet operators.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limitations
All hbm4 platform users must comply with the following usage rules at all times:
- The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited;
- Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors for personal gain is strictly prohibited;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the system is strictly prohibited;
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited;
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another individual without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Regarding liability limitations, hbm4 shall not be held responsible for:
- Financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform;
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters;
- Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
Hbm4's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
Hbm4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation may not be entitled to recover their account balance, subject to the outcome of any investigation conducted.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the hbm4 customer support team. Account closures requested by users will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
Intellectual Property
All content on the hbm4 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of hbm4 or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any platform content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The hbm4 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. hbm4 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility in relation to them. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before engaging with it.
6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us
Hbm4 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Continued use of the hbm4 platform after any changes to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the hbm4 platform operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiations fail, the dispute will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
